Last night, the Naperville City Council voted 6-3 in favor of suspending negotiations with IMEA.

What’s next? Negotiation can resume with IMEA if City Council approves by a majority vote. Council may decide to open discussion with IMEA at any time, potentially alongside others as part of a bid process for our next energy contract.
